School ID Card
Mandatory
Students must carry their school ID card.
A photocopy (Xerox) of the school ID card must be submitted on the day of the tournament.
The schedule for all events will be shared with the participants. It will also be published on the CSL website one day before the event. Your reporting time will be clearly mentioned in the schedule. All participants must report to the Call Room at least 45 minutes before their scheduled event time.
Trophies, medals, and certificates will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in individual events only. Team events (including Relay Teams) will receive medals and certificates only; trophies will not be awarded.
In each event, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions will be determined based on the athletes recorded timings.
All participants will receive a T-Shirt, medal, certificate and Refreshments.
Overall, Champion Winner and Runner-up trophies will be awarded to the winning schools in both the Boys' and Girls' categories.
Schools and academies with 50 or more participants will be honoured with a Shield.
All events may be telecast or re-telecast on the CSL Sports YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
Students from Classes 1 to 5 are allowed to participate in a maximum of two individual events. They may also participate in one relay race.
Students from Classes 6 to 12 may participate in any two track events or any two field events, or one-track event and one field event. They may also participate in one relay event.
A student may participate in only one relay team.
The athletes who secure the first, second and third positions will be given the opportunity to participate in the CSL State-Level Athletics Championship 2026 – 2027.
The relay teams that secure first, second and third place will qualify to participate in the CSL State-Level Athletics Championship 2026–2027.
Athletes who secure the first, second and third positions at the district level are required to pay the registration fee to participate in the CSL State-Level Athletics Championship.
If any of the athletes who secured the top three positions choose not to participate, the opportunity will be offered to the athletes who finished in the next highest positions.
The names of the winning athletes and their respective schools will be published on the CSL website.
The names of the schools that win the Overall Championship (Winner and Runner-up) will also be published on the CSL website.
The CSL State Athletics Championship 2026–2027 will be streamed live on the CSL YouTube Channel for viewers worldwide.
Only participants who have registered for an individual event are eligible to participate in the relay event. Participants registering only for the relay event will not receive a T-shirt.
